Sean Lafferty is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer at EVG Extracts. As CEO, Sean oversees the strategy, engineering, extraction processes, and fabrication of innovative extraction technologies.
Prior to this role, Sean was the Vice President of Operations and subsequently Vice President of Technology & Strategic Projects for Blue Sun Energy, which he founded, vertically integrated, and held position as a board member. Under Sean's leadership, Blue Sun raised over $50MM in capital as the company commercialized several new process technologies, including a first-in-the-world commercial scale (30M gal/y) Enzymatic Biodiesel Plant. Sean was also responsible for feedstock procurement, fuel sales/trading, oilseed breeding, farmer co-op partnerships, and developing an exclusive authorized distributor network for branded fuel marketing: Blue Sun Fusion.
Sean has over 25 years of progressive leadership experience as an Engineer and holds a BSEE from Colorado State University. He lives in Conifer, Colorado with his wife, Chris, and two children, where they team up to chase the powder of the nearby ski slopes to telemark and snowboard.

Josh Dickinson is the Executive Vice President at EVG Extracts. As EVP, Josh is focused on the scale and growth of the business through product development and strategic relationships.
Josh combines his EPC experience in bio/agricultural processing, renewable energy and ownership of a 178 acre industrial hemp farm with his practical supply chain management, strategy, and risk mitigation skills to make impactful decisions based on data and analytics. His career began in M&A with a national retailer and he grew into leading national business development and sales engineering roles with global engineered Procurement and Construction entities.
Josh, as steward of his farmland, is committed to organic farming practices and is a 15 year servant to his community seeking to alleviate poverty with Habitat for Humanity International. He attended Lindenwood University for his BS in Engineering and Washington University in St. Louis' Olin Business School for his Executive Masters in Business Administration.
